Gonna take this quick opportunity to say, since it’s the anniversary and all that: thank you to Mike and Bryan and all the artists who made Avatar:The Last Airbender. It remains one of the most influential pieces of work in my life that I’ve had the joy to experience. Along with Cowboy Bebop (and few others), this show sticks with me, and has colored how I go about making art from it’s beginning to end and after.
On that note, goddamnit Nickelodeon, give me a Korra release date and quit playing games with my heart. </3
